Graduates of accredited high schools may be admitted as freshmen on the basis of the following:
1. High School Card (FORM 138).
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character.
3. Three colored 1”x1” ID pictures with white background
4. Original NSO Birth Certificate
5. Photocopy of Marriage Contract if married
6. NCAE Result (if available)
