Interacting with customers and assisting them with their concerns over the phone are the primary roles of this course. One will learn to communicate using the English language, make/receive calls to/from customers, handle complaints, deal with difficult customers, provide after-sales support, prepare documents based on conversations with customers, and perform computer operations and internet navigation.
