Service-Oriented: Microcity provides service to the nation by providing scholarships to deserving students in the community. In addition, it provides service to marginalized communities through its community outreach/extension and through its National Service Training Program CWTS (Civic Welfare Training Service) thereby integrating academic learning with civic action, social awareness and responsibility towards the needs of the communities.
