Foreign students or a non-immigrant applicant who graduated from high school abroad shall be admitted after he/she has been interviewed by the registrar and the following requirements are submitted:
1. Photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration. (Resident Alien)
2. Previous study permit and transfer credential (if transferee from Philippine soil).
3. Accomplished Personal History Statement (5 copies).
4. Certificate of Bank Deposits
5. Affidavit of support
6. Birth Certificate or Passport
7. Transcript of Records (Original and Authenticated copies).
8. High School Card (Original and Authenticated copies).
9. Seven (7) copies of 2” x 2” pictures
10. Three colored 1”x1” ID pictures with white background
